Yes. Retailers can create an account and post products on Gearnada at no cost. There are no listing fees or commission fees.

No. Retailers keep full control of their sales and revenue. Gearnada does not currently charge commission fees on products sold through the platform.

Retailers handle all customer communication, payment collection, taxes, shipping, and order fulfillment directly.

Retailers are responsible for shipping and fulfillment. Retailers may use whichever shipping carrier or process works best for their business. With Gearnada and Freightcom's partnership, retailers realize reduced shipping rates.

Yes. Retailers may offer local pickup or in store pickup if they choose.

Gearnada currently supports a growing number of sports and outdoor categories including golf, hockey, biking, fishing, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, baseball, softball, and curling.

The Product Posting Assist Program helps retailers save time by allowing Gearnada to post products on their behalf. Retailers simply submit product information through a short form and Gearnada handles the listing setup.


Retailers currently receive their first cumulative 25 posted items through PPAP at no cost. Additional PPAP support may be available through monthly plans based on listing volume.

Yes. Retailers can post and manage their own listings at any time through their retailer dashboard.

Customers may submit offers directly to retailers through Gearnada. Retailers remain fully in control of accepting, declining, or responding to offers.

No. All offer communication and pricing decisions remain between the retailer and customer.

No. Retailers maintain full control over how they manage inquiries and offers. However, timely responses are encouraged to create the best customer experience possible.

Yes. Retailers can update, pause, or remove listings whenever they choose.

Yes. Retailers maintain full control over shipping methods, pricing, timelines, and policies.

Gearnada retailers receive access to an additional discount through Freightcom’s shipping platform. The discount may also be used for non-Gearnada shipments.

No. Freightcom is encouraged but is completely optional. Retailers may use any shipping solution they prefer.

No. Products listed on Gearnada are sold directly by independent Canadian retailers, pro shops, and brand representatives. Gearnada is the platform for retailers to post their products.

Yes. Retailers are encouraged to promote their Gearnada listings through social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Yes. Retailers may post current inventory, demo products, clearance products, last season items, and other available merchandise.
