Gearnada Retailer Onboarding
Welcome and thank you for joining Gearnada.
Most retailers post their first product in under five minutes. You can have your store live in less than 10 minutes.
Follow the steps below to get your store live.
Step 1 — Create Your Store Profile
Register your store on Gearnada’s marketplace platform (Webkul).
Once your account is created, you may optionally add:
- Store Description: this where you put information for your store and your shipping policy. Information entered here is shown to customers between each Product's title and the Product's price.
- Seller Policy: this is required by Webkul but is not shown to customers online. Treat as a placeholder and enter whatever you would like.
- Add Store Logo
Step 2 — Add Your First Products
Choose one of the following options.
Option A — Product Posting Assist Program (Recommended)
Submit product details through a short form and Gearnada will post the item for you within 48 hours.
This option is ideal for retailers who want to get items listed quickly without learning the platform.
The first 25 product postings are provided at no cost. Note, if there are multiple variants for a product it still only counts as one product. If you are posting a hat, available in five different colors, it still only counts as one product.

Option B — Post Products Yourself
Retailers may also list products directly through their Webkul dashboard. Contact Graeme for more details.
NOTE: Initial products will be reviewed and published once the Retailer Agreement (Step 3) is completed.
Step 3 — Sign the Retailer Agreement
Please review the Gearnada Retailer Agreement. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the Agreement.
Step 4 — Freightcom Shipping Partnership
Gearnada has partnered with Freightcom to provide retailers with an additional 10% discount on Freightcom’s already competitive shipping rates.
Freightcom can also be used for shipments outside of Gearnada sales, allowing retailers to benefit from discounted shipping across their operations.
To receive the Gearnada partner rates, retailers must create a Freightcom account through the Gearnada partner link below.
